Bronze

Where some people think they own a real bronze image, we often see at the studio that it’s only “semi-bronze”. The sculpture itself is then an alloy of zinc, lead and tin (alloy exists in various proportions). To solder these type of sculptures is of little use and the chance of additional damage is present. Therefore, i usually use for the repair a plastic-based glue and retouches in the color of the “bronze”.
